Two customers, two builds

Home Or Venue. Pick Your Lane.

A basement bay and a six bay entertainment venue share almost no requirements beyond the golf. We spec them completely differently, and the pages below go deep on each.

Ceiling height decides more about your build than budget does. We measure at the lowest obstruction, tell you honestly what the room supports, and spec to it. Basements, garages, outbuildings, spare rooms and purpose built spaces.

Commercial Simulator Bays

Commercial builds run on utilisation. Layout, sound separation and reset time between groups decide whether the bays earn. We plan from the service path outward, then place the bays into what is left.

Bays We Have Built

Every room is different. The constant is that we measure before we quote, and we calibrate before we leave.

How it runs

Measure. Spec. Install. Calibrate.

Four steps, in this order. Skipping the first one is how people end up with equipment that does not fit the room.

Survey the room

Ceiling height at the lowest obstruction, width at the hitting position, depth, floor level, light and power. We take all six because any one of them can change the build.

Specify to the space

Component choice follows the room, not a catalogue. Low ceiling means a side or floor mounted launch monitor. Bright room means blackout before lumens. Concrete means a subfloor.

Build and install

Framing, screen tension, turf, enclosure, projector geometry and cable management. Any room work we flagged happens before we arrive, in a sequence you get at quote stage.

Calibrate with you

Launch monitor calibration, altitude set to your actual elevation, then a gapping session so you leave with your numbers on record. This is the step most installers skip.

Your Room Is The Budget

Measure it, tell us what you want to practise, and the spec writes itself. Buying equipment first and finding a room for it second is how people end up selling a used launch monitor eighteen months later.
