About us
We Measure First. Always.
Golf simulator design, supply and installation for homes and venues across the United States.
Golf Simulators For Less designs, supplies and installs golf simulators for two very different customers. Homeowners putting a bay into a basement, garage, outbuilding or spare room. And operators putting bays into bars, clubs, hotels, offices, apartment amenity spaces and attractions. Those builds share the golf and almost nothing else, so we specify them separately.
What We Actually Do
- Site survey and room assessment, free and with no obligation.
- Specification and itemised quoting, with room preparation shown as its own line.
- Supply of launch monitors, screens, enclosures, turf and subfloor, projection and computing.
- Installation, including framing, screen tension, projector geometry and cable management.
- Commissioning: calibration, altitude configuration and a gapping session before we leave.
- Commercial licensing, booking integration and staff handover for venue builds.
How We Quote
We will not price a build we have not measured, and we will not publish a price range that excludes the room work half of all projects need. When we quote, the launch monitor and any room preparation appear as separate lines, because those two move the number more than everything else and you should be able to see them and decide.
We also tell customers when a room will not do what they want. Some basements cannot carry a free driver swing. Some garages need real money spent on insulation before any equipment is worth buying. Some venue floor plans will not take the bay count the operator has in mind. Saying that out loud at the quoting stage costs us jobs occasionally, and it is still the right way to run this.
What We Will Not Do
- Quote before we understand the room.
- Sell an overhead launch monitor into a ceiling that cannot carry one.
- Fold room preparation into a vague single figure.
- Install a home grade screen into a venue that charges for play.
- Publish invented statistics, fake reviews or numbers we cannot stand behind.
Local Market Coverage
We work across all fifty states and the District of Columbia, with market pages covering the five largest cities in each. Those pages carry local detail that actually changes the build: how long the outdoor season really is, what elevation does to your carry numbers and what to set the simulator altitude to, and which courses your practice is preparing you for.
The demand ranking we reference on those pages comes from Google Trends data for the search term golf simulators over the five years to July 2026. It is a relative index where the strongest state scores 100, not a count of searches, and we say so on every page that uses it.
Questions We Get Asked
Do you serve my area?
We cover all fifty states and the District of Columbia. The market pages on this site list the five largest cities per state, but that is not the limit of where we work. If your town is not listed, ask, because it is almost certainly still in range.
Do you only sell one brand?
No. We specify from the room outward, and different rooms suit different platforms. A low basement and a purpose built outbuilding genuinely want different launch monitor types, so tying ourselves to one product line would mean recommending the wrong thing regularly.
Can you help if I have already bought equipment?
Usually. Tell us what you have and we will tell you honestly whether it suits the room. Where it does, we install and commission it. Where it does not, we will explain why rather than installing something that will not read properly and letting you discover it later.
